Pay: $16–$18 per hour
- Provide a safe, warm, and responsive environment for infants
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime
- Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate daily with families about their child’s care and progress
- Work closely with your classroom team to maintain a clean, organized, and comforting space
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
