Salary: $45,000 – $48,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Support the leadership and daily management of the center
- Maintain compliance with Michigan licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and develop teaching and administrative staff
- Help drive enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll support, and operational processes
- Conduct school tours and assist with community outreach
- Promote a positive, professional, and accountable work culture
- Previous experience in childcare leadership, preschool administration, or center management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of licensing and operational requirements
- Passion for team development and quality early childhood education
