The Learning Experience in Surprise is seeking a caring and attentive Infant Teacher to support our youngest learners in a safe and nurturing environment. This role is perfect for an educator who is patient, responsive, and passionate about infant development.
What You Will Do
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for infants
- Support social, emotional, sensory, and motor development through responsive care
- Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain clean, organized, and calm classroom environments
Arizona Requirements
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Valid fingerprint card required
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
