Location: The Learning Experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $17-$18 per hour
- Manage daily operations of a toddler classroom while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Plan and facilitate learning experiences aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum
- Support children through routines such as potty training, meals, rest periods, and transitions
- Provide direction and feedback to assistant teachers to ensure classroom consistency
- Monitor developmental progress and share observations with families and leadership
- Maintain classroom documentation and adhere to licensing and health standards
- CDA credential preferred
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong understanding of age-appropriate practices and classroom structure
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused
- Ability to meet all state childcare licensing and background requirements
