The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our Toddler classroom. This is a time sensitive role and plays a key part in maintaining classroom ratios and supporting daily operations.
What You Will Do
- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions
- Help implement age appropriate curriculum and learning activities
- Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times
- Communicate professionally with team members and center leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Completion of state required ECE training with a minimum of six to twelve units
- Experience in early childhood education preferred but not required
- Passion for working with toddlers and early childhood education
- Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
