Location: Arizona with travel between centers
Schedule: Full time with flexibility based on operational needs
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers
- Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and professional development initiatives
- Support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed
- Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong understanding of Arizona licensing and compliance standards
- Valid fingerprint clearance card required
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Proven experience managing multiple locations or large teams
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Ability to travel between centers as needed
