Location: The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards, NY
Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
Certification Required: NYS B–2 Teaching Certification
- Coach and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality classroom instruction
- Guide consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Conduct classroom observations and provide professional feedback
- Maintain full compliance with NYC Department of Health licensing and safety standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll coordination
- Monitor financial performance, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly P&L reporting
- Lead center tours and build strong relationships with prospective and current families
- Drive enrollment growth, retention, and community partnerships
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives
- NYS B–2 Teaching Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of center leadership experience required (2+ years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC licensing regulations
