- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program
OR
- Completed an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare setting with infants or young children
- Prior experience leading or co-leading an infant classroom strongly preferred
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant classroom environment at all times
- Follow all state licensing regulations and company policies with integrity
- Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants
- Track feeding schedules, diapering, naps, and developmental milestones
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families
- Model professionalism and positivity for assistant teachers
- Create a warm, engaging space where babies can explore, grow, and thrive
