🌟 Part-Time Floating Assistant Teacher
💰 $17–$19 per hour
🕒 Monday–Friday (5 Days Per Week)
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Is comfortable working with all age groups
- Can quickly adjust to different classroom routines
- Jumps in immediately and supports without hesitation
- Helps children feel safe and comfortable — even when faces change

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare center
- Experience working with multiple age groups (infants, toddlers, preschool)
- Strong understanding of classroom management and daily structure

- Engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities
- Helping maintain a clean, organized environment
- Providing stability and warmth — even when rotating between rooms
- Is adaptable and solution-oriented
- Can walk into any classroom and immediately contribute
- Understands that early childhood stability matters — even in flexible roles
- Takes professionalism and punctuality seriously
