The Learning Experience of Middletown is seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing team.
Our center is expanding enrollment, and we are looking for a serious early childhood educator who understands that the toddler years are foundational. This is a critical stage of development — where language explodes, independence forms, and social-emotional skills begin to take shape.

Qualifications (One of the Following Required)
- CDA (Infant/Toddler)
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
Prior experience working in a licensed daycare setting is strongly preferred.

This role requires someone who understands that toddlers need consistency, boundaries, nurturing care, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a structured toddler classroom
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant classroom environment
- Track developmental milestones and daily routines
- Support children’s social-emotional growth and independence
- Communicate professionally with families
- Work collaboratively with administration and team members
