- CDA (Infant/Toddler)
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Has experience in early childhood education and understands daycare operations
- Thrives on routine, structure, and consistency
- Appreciates strong leadership and clear expectations
- Maintains professionalism at all times
- Follows policies, procedures, and licensing regulations without exception
- Demonstrates patience, warmth, and emotional steadiness

- Lead and manage a structured toddler classroom
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
