- CDA (Preschool)
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Has experience leading or co-leading a preschool classroom
- Understands curriculum planning and kindergarten readiness skills
- Thrives on structure, routine, and classroom management
- Appreciates strong leadership and accountability
- Follows policies, procedures, and licensing regulations consistently
- Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude
- Is dependable and punctual
- Is passionate about helping children grow academically and socially
- Lead and manage a structured preschool classroom
