As a Child Care Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
- Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
- Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
- Support enrollment and family engagement by promoting retention, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead in-person center tours and participate in local outreach to showcase our programs and grow enrollment.

- Have a minimum of two years of leadership or management experience in a licensed child care center (highly preferred), or at least one year of child care center leadership experience (required).
- Possess the required state-specific Child Care Director or Administrative credential and meet all applicable state regulations for child care center leadership.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a closely related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of child care licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
