Job Type: Full-Time
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate preschool learning activities.
- Support play-based learning, small group activities, and classroom lessons.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and transitions.
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup.
- Observe children and support their learning and developmental progress.
- Maintain positive communication with teachers, staff, and families.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional coursework or experience in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Experience working with young children or in a childcare/preschool setting preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a patient, supportive, and engaging environment for children.
- Experience assisting in a preschool or early learning classroom.
- Knowledge of play-based learning and child development basics.
- Strong patience, empathy, and classroom support skills.
- Passion for helping children build confidence, independence, and curiosity.
