Lead Twos Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom)
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
- Lead a classroom of 2-year-olds in a safe, engaging learning environment
- Plan and implement play-based lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support language development, motor skills, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain daily routines including meals, toileting, transitions, and rest time
- Encourage independence and positive peer interactions
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with families about classroom activities and milestones
- Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom organization
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing standards
