About the Role: Area Manager – Childcare Centers (Fairfield & Southington, CT)

The Area Manager oversees daily operations for two childcare centers operated by AD TLE Group, LLC (The Learning Experience). This role manages the center leadership teams, ensures compliance with Connecticut Office of Early Childhood regulations and franchise standards, and supports enrollment, staff development, and overall center performance. The position reports directly to the owner and requires regular presence at both locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Center Directors, Assistant Directors, and staff daily onsite.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing and franchise standards
  • Monitor student safety, curriculum implementation, and classroom quality
  • Manage enrollment growth, marketing initiatives, tours, and parent communication
  • Oversee administrative tasks including billing, tuition collection, payroll preparation, and reporting
  • Conduct classroom observations, staff training, and management meetings 
  • Support in Staff hiring, training and onboarding.
  • Address parent concerns and support daily center operations.
  • Fill in for management or classroom coverage when needed
  • Monitor budgets, payroll percentages, and operational performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational management or childcare operations.
  • OEC Supervision & Administration course completion 
  • CPR, First Aid, medication, and EpiPen certification 
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and families.
  • Knowledge of state licensing regulations and early childhood education best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance center performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to nurturing children's development.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
