Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of programs.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Support budget planning, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement organizational policies.
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of long-term goals.

Marketing & Advertising Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs, services, and events.
- Manage social media accounts, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Design and coordinate advertising campaigns to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs, services, and events.
- Foster relationships with clients, partners, and the community to expand the organization’s reach.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
