Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of programs.

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality service.

  • Support budget planning, reporting, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement organizational policies.

  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of long-term goals.

  • Marketing & Advertising Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs, services, and events.

    • Manage social media accounts, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

    • Design and coordinate advertising campaigns to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.

    • Track and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

  • Foster relationships with clients, partners, and the community to expand the organization’s reach.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
