About This Role
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Support Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Westfield, IN. In this dynamic role, you'll make a difference across our entire center — stepping into classrooms of all ages, bridging gaps, and ensuring every child has the support they need to learn, play, and thrive.

This is an entry-level position. No prior classroom experience required — we will train you.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $15–$19 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid out after 6 months with the company

As a Support Teacher, You Will
- Float across classrooms of all age groups — infant, toddler, and preschool — providing hands-on support wherever it's needed most
- Partner with lead teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and bring our engaging TLE characters to life in a fun, nurturing environment
- Maintain health, safety, and quality compliance standards across all classrooms and programs
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging space for children and staff
- Communicate warmly with parents and families, sharing updates through our mobile app and in-person conversations

- Have a genuine passion for the care and education of children of all ages
- Are flexible, energetic, and comfortable jumping in wherever you're needed
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred)
- Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
- Have no prior experience? No problem — we'll train you
