- Pay: $15–$19 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid out after 6 months with the company

- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging space for children and staff
- Communicate warmly with parents and families, sharing updates through our mobile app and in-person conversations
- Have a genuine passion for the care and education of children of all ages
- Are flexible, energetic, and comfortable jumping in wherever you're needed
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred)
- Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
