About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at The Learning Experience #383 in Greeley, CO, as an Infant Lead Teacher! In this role, you will create a nurturing environment that fosters development and exploration for our youngest learners while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones.
- Provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn.
- Monitor and document each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive classroom community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's experiences and development.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent.
- Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming classroom environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must be patient, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education.
- Background check clearance required prior to employment.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
