- Comfortable being active: standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, and sitting on the floor
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must meet Florida DCF Early Learning/Child Care Licensing requirements, including:
- Completion of a state-approved 45-hour introductory child care training, National or FL CDA or Formal Education
- Completion of additional annual in-service training hours as required by DCF
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Must pass background screenings, including Level 2 background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
