Join The Learning Experience and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. You’ll support infant development through hands-on learning, daily care, and meaningful interactions with families.
- Provide a safe, loving classroom for infants
- Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum® activities
- Communicate daily with families (updates, photos, milestones)
- Work collaboratively with your team
- Follow all state licensing and safety requirements
- 6+ months childcare experience (1 year preferred)
- High school diploma/GED required; ECE degree preferred
- Knowledge of infant development and DAP
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
