Community Marketing Specialist (Early Childhood Education)
Location: The Learning Experience – Ramsey & River Vale, NJ (Hybrid Role)
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (primarily weekdays with occasional evenings/weekends for events)

The Learning Experience – Ramsey and River Vale are seeking a creative and community-driven Community Marketing Specialist to help grow enrollment, strengthen local partnerships, and expand our presence across the surrounding community. This role blends digital marketing, event coordination, and relationship-building to support two schools working closely together.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Create and schedule social media content highlighting classrooms, events, and school culture 
  •  Draft and send family and prospect email communications 
  •  Plan and support community events, open houses, and outreach activities 
  •  Build partnerships with local businesses, libraries, pediatric offices, and family organizations 
  •  Represent the schools at community fairs and networking events 
  •  Coordinate marketing materials and support enrollment initiatives 
  •  Travel between Ramsey and River Vale locations as needed 
Qualifications

  •  Experience with social media content creation and email marketing required 
  •  Community outreach, event coordination, or local partnership experience preferred 
  •  Strong writing and communication skills 
  •  Comfortable representing a school in public-facing settings 
  •  Reliable transportation for travel between locations required
