The Lead Infant Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, responsive, and stimulating classroom environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months). This role requires a compassionate educator who understands early childhood development and can build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.

As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will:
- Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Provide attentive, individualized care including feeding, diapering, and comforting
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding their child’s progress
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers in the classroom
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing and company standards
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports
- Minimum of 45 DCF hours (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior 1year experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong understanding of infant development and care practices
