We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Floater Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with occasional classroom responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations in both areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Greet and meet families and make sure all complains and issues are resolved immediately.
- Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process.
- Assist with calling all leads and promote enrollment.
- Return all voicemails.
- Support the Center Director and Assistant Director in other tasks as needed.

Classroom Support:
- Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day.
- Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods.

Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus.
- Experience with PDIS; Level 2 or higher preferred.
