Through our L.E.A.P. curriculum, infants and toddlers begin building communication skills, confidence, and early developmental foundations in a joyful learning environment.
The Learning Experience – Andover is seeking a dedicated Infant / Toddler Teacher to support our youngest learners during their most important stages of growth.
Responsibilities
Provide responsive care in a safe and engaging infant/toddler classroom
Support feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized routines
Implement sensory-rich activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Encourage early language, motor, and social-emotional development
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment
Communicate daily with families regarding routines and milestones
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards

Qualifications
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required
Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Must meet all Massachusetts childcare licensing requirements
