The Learning Experience is seeking a dependable and energetic Floater Teacher to support classrooms throughout the center. The floater plays an important role in helping maintain a safe, engaging, and organized learning environment while assisting teachers and ensuring classroom ratios are met.
This position works with multiple age groups, helping wherever support is needed throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and daily routines
- Support multiple classrooms as needed to maintain proper teacher-to-child ratios
- Help supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being
- Assist with activities such as art, reading, playtime, and learning centers
- Help with classroom organization, cleaning, and sanitizing
- Support transitions such as outdoor play, meals, naps, and bathroom routines
- Provide a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children
- Follow all licensing, safety, and center policies
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
