- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with staff and families.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
