Job Title: Co-Center Director (childcare)

Join The Learning Experience, where “Happy Happens Here!” We are seeking an experienced and passionate Co-Center Director to help lead our childcare center and support a high-quality learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily center operations and ensure licensing compliance
- Lead, coach, and develop teaching staff
- Build strong relationships with families and conduct tours
- Drive enrollment, retention, and overall center performance
Qualifications
- 1+ year of childcare center leadership experience
- Director/Administrative credentials (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
