Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
- Observe and assess each child's development and progress.
- Engage in interactive play and activities to promote learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the learning experience.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants or in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of young children.
- Background check clearance required.
