Job Type: Full-Time
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities for toddlers.
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Manage daily routines, including meals, diapering, and nap schedules.
- Observe and document developmental milestones and progress.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding children’s development and classroom updates.
- Supervise and guide assistant teachers or support staff.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health, and safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (ECE coursework or degree preferred).
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting required.
- Previous experience in a lead teacher or classroom leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development and play-based learning.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience developing and implementing toddler curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
