The Learning Experience in Timnath is seeking a patient, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on helping toddlers build independence, communication skills, and confidence in a nurturing and structured classroom environment.

What You Will Do
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support early social, emotional, language, and motor development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and daily learning activities
• Follow classroom routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children

Colorado Requirements
• Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood licensing requirements
• PDIS Level 2 or higher required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass Colorado state background check
• Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development
