We at The Learning Experience Clermont Golden Eagle is seeking a versatile and dependable Curriculum and Operations Specialist to support all aspects of our center’s daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and can confidently step into multiple areas including curriculum support, classroom coverage across all age groups, family engagement, administrative assistance, and marketing support.
This is a hands-on position for someone who leads by example, stays organized, and is comfortable shifting between teaching, operations, and support duties throughout the day. The ideal candidate must be able to support the center in all areas as needed and be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the center.
What You’ll Do
- Support curriculum and classroom quality across all age groups (infant–preschool)
- Step into classrooms as needed for coverage and support
- Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families
- Assist with enrollment, parent communication, and daily operations
- Support marketing efforts (events, outreach, social media, reviews)
- Help with administrative tasks, scheduling, and compliance
- Assist with meal prep and maintain a clean, organized center
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of childcare experience required
- Comfortable working with all age groups
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Must be able to support the center in all areas
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
