Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for infants while supporting and mentoring less experienced teachers in the classroom.

Do You:
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of infants?
- Have one year of professional experience as an Infant Lead (preferred) or six months of professional experience working with infants in a child care setting (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?

- 1 year of experience as an Infant Lead Teacher (Minimum)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required).
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor other teachers.
Candidates must meet all applicable state licensing requirements for childcare professionals.
