What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow
- Inspire curiosity and confidence by using a growth mindset to nurture young learners
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children, tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children thrive
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, sharing milestones and daily adventures through apps and personal conversations
- Collaborate with center leadership and team members to support enrollment, engagement, and overall success
- Create a positive culture where teamwork, laughter, and learning happen every day
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- DCF 45 Hours Training
- Active CDA credential with VPK endorsement
- College coursework in Early Childhood Education highly preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Must meet all state licensing requirements for the role

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
