Location: The Learning Experience – Oak Creek, WI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks to 24 months
- Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision throughout the day
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage early learning
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that meets safety standards
- Support children’s language, social, and sensory development
- Communicate daily updates with families regarding routines and milestones
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Follow all Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior infant or toddler classroom experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting diapering and feeding routines
- Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements
