Location: The Learning Experience, Columbia
Schedule: 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday (full availability required)
Compensation: Based on experience
- Partner with Lead Teachers to implement engaging, age‑appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support daily care routines, including diapering, feeding, and smooth transitions
- Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
- Observe and document developmental progress and classroom behaviors
- Experience working with young children (ages 1–3)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset
- Flexibility to work within the center’s 7:00 AM–6:00 PM operating hours
- Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus

Has or will obtain the 15‑hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day

Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification
