Join Our Preschool Teaching Team
We’re seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our Preschool classrooms. If you love helping young learners build independence, develop school‑readiness skills, and explore the world through hands‑on learning, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a daily impact.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Lead Teachers to implement engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support daily care needs and smooth transitions throughout the day
- Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
- Observe and document developmental milestones and classroom behaviors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with preschool‑age children (ages 3–5)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work within the center’s 7:00 AM–6:00 PM operating hours
- Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus

Has or will obtain the 15‑hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day

Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for early learning

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
