Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time and Part Time opportunities available

• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and learning activities
• Lead and support classroom routines and overall classroom management
• Communicate regularly with families regarding children’s development and daily activities
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
• Partner with leadership to support enrollment and classroom success
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and structured learning activities
• Maintain classroom organization and state licensing standards
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
• PDIS Level 2 or higher required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass Colorado state background check
• Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development
• One year of experience in early childhood education preferred
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
