Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Education
Location: The Learning Experience – East Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Preschool Teacher
The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a dependable Preschool Teacher to support a structured classroom serving children ages 3–5. This role focuses on helping children develop confidence, independence, and early academic skills through engaging routines and hands-on learning experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative teaching environment and supporting school readiness development.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Support daily classroom routines for preschool-aged children 
  •  Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities 
  •  Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth 
  •  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment 
  •  Guide children through learning centers, meals, and rest-time transitions 
  •  Communicate regularly with families and teaching team members 
  •  Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies 
Qualifications

  •  High school diploma required 
  •  Prior childcare experience preferred 
  •  Strong teamwork and communication skills 
  •  Reliable and nurturing approach to working with young children 
  •  Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
