We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for our organization and doing outreach in the community to drive traffic to our centers. You will work closely with prospective students and their families to provide guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach efforts to promote our organization and attract potential students
- Assist prospective students in completing enrollment applications and required documentation
- Provide information about program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine student eligibility and suitability for our programs
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement enrollment strategies
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with prospective students and promote enrollment opportunities
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment data and generate reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous Enrollment experience needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, marketing, education) preferred
- Proven experience in enrollment management or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in social media management platforms for recruitment purposes
- Experience with fundraising initiatives is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to supervise and train staff
- Ability to educate prospective students about program offerings and benefits
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
