About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience in Williamsburg, VA as a Toddler Teacher! This exciting position allows you to nurture and inspire young minds in a fun and engaging environment, helping them develop essential skills for their future.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and curiosity.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers to explore and learn.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
- Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution among toddlers.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Background check clearance as per state regulations.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
