Support Teacher | Classroom Assistant (Floater)
Location: Dripping Springs, TX
Pay Range: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Shifts (Morning: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

A Day in the Life of a Support Teacher
As a Classroom Assistant, you are the ultimate team player. You provide the essential support that keeps our classrooms running smoothly and our "Happy Happens Here" culture alive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Versatility: Seamlessly transition between age groups, assisting Lead Teachers with activities, sensory play, and lessons.
- Dynamic Support: Maintain classroom ratios during lunch breaks and planning periods, ensuring a safe and supervised environment.
- Operational Excellence: Help prep materials for upcoming lessons and assist with light center operations to ensure a premium experience for our families.
- Relationship Building: Foster connections with children, staff, and parents across the entire center.
- Safety First: Ensure all classrooms remain in high compliance with Texas Childcare Licensing and safety protocols.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
We are looking for a reliable, "can-do" professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 6+ months of professional experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool (Required).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE coursework is highly valued.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
- Attributes: High energy, extremely dependable, and a natural communicator.
