Yearly Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000K
This is a senior leadership role for The Learning Experience, designed for a dedicated educational professional to manage daily operations and foster a "happy happens here" environment. This role includes competitive compensation ($90,000–$120,000) and comprehensive benefits for a qualified candidate holding a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field and necessary state certifications (S95, FO7, FOOD HANDLER)
- Leadership: Lead by example with passion, creating an inclusive and trusting environment.
- Compliance: Ensure the center adheres to all health and safety, local, and state licensing regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and engage a high-quality team of educators.
- Curriculum Implementation: Guide teachers in delivering the proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum, using interactive characters.
- Business Operations: Drive enrollment growth, family retention, and efficient operations (e.g., managing P&L, payroll).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Certification: State-specific administrative/director credentials.
- Experience: Previous daycare/preschool management experience, preferably 2+ years.
- Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
