About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #383 in Greeley, CO, as an Infant Nursery Supervisor! In this exciting role, you will lead a dedicated team to create a nurturing environment for our youngest learners, ensuring their safety and development while fostering a love for learning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the care and development of infants in a safe, engaging environment.
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive and social development.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursery staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies for health and safety.
- Conduct regular assessments of infants’ developmental milestones and share findings with parents.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Manage daily operations of the nursery, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in early childhood education or infant care.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- EQUIT certified
- Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
- Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
