About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #433 in Poughkeepsie, NY, as an Experienced Infant Teacher! We are dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating a warm, engaging environment for infants to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for infants.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Conduct regular assessments of children’s developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Foster positive relationships with infants and their families.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance educational programs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Background check clearance required for employment.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
