Location: The Learning Experience – Billerica, MA
210 Treble Cove Rd, North Billerica, MA 01862
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities
- Implement developmentally appropriate experiences that support early literacy, math readiness, and problem-solving skills
- Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
- Support children’s social-emotional development and classroom participation
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and milestones
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership to maintain classroom consistency
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required (or ability to qualify)
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of preschool or childcare classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available)
