- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Background check clearance required.
