- Mentor Assistant Teachers and support classroom success
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, daycare, or early learning environment
- CDA Credential
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, VPK Teacher, Infant Teacher, or Toddler Teacher
