Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience, credentials, and education)
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Participation in occasional family and center events

What You'll Do
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum through hands-on learning experiences
- Support children's academic, social, and emotional development
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
- Communicate children's daily experiences and milestones with parents
- Foster a classroom where learning happens through play, exploration, and discovery
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience required
- 1 year of teaching experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- DCF 45 hours preferred
- Associate Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements

Background Screening Requirement
This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 Background Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as required by state law.
